cold room doors rude guests
the room and balcony were excellent. it was peaceful because this hotel is adults only.
the cold room doors presented an issue. i found it hard to open them when my hands were full. some guests slammed the door in my face. i think this is rude.

private location breakfast selection faulty shower head unclean mosquito net
the location felt quite private toward the beach end. the breakfast buffet offered a very good selection (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit!).
The shower head needed some attention in my beautiful room. the mosquito net over the bed had holes. It wasn't clean.

clean room friendly staff convenient location daily water
The room was very comfy and tidy. i appreciated the daily water provided free. the staff were friendly. They remembered my drink order. the hotel location near shops made it convenient.
i noticed the gym air conditioning wasnt always on.

the resort offers multiple pools, each with a unique setting. the beach pool includes a bar serving drinks. there is a gym with equipment for various workouts.

Breakfast includes many options like Thai curries. coffee machines were easy to use providing hot milk. the Baracuda Beach Bar provides lunch. I tried a curry, it was divine.

my room included robes, towels, and slippers. the bed was comfortable with soft sheets and mosquito net. a tv and hairdryer were included in the room amenities.

friendly staff clean pools comfortable room stained towels towel shortage pool room
The super nice team and friendly. They helped us book a scooter. The pools were lovely and clean. The room was spacious, super clean and cozy.
Some bath towels were stained and needed replacement. There were not enough towels available when going to the pool. I recommend to take your own from the room if you have a pool room.

the location was acceptable.
The beach area needed serious attention. I saw cigarette ends and plastic straws all over near the loungers, a real eyesore.
